To provide a level of quality, above the needs and expectations of our customers, in order to be the leader in quality in our field within the limitations of the competitive environment,
To ensure that our goods meet and exceed all the laws and relevant standards including security, performance and reliability,
To guide our customers without insistence, satisfying their wishes with the highest priority,
To operate as an institutionalized company, a company which acts according to plans and procedures, to promote teamwork, to share profits, losses, success and failure,
To promote autonomous management by applying central supervision in order to enable individuals to have autonomy; applying the method of decision making from below and approval from above, instead of simply relaying directions from above,

To address all personnel’s training needs every year, in order to provide them with the understanding of new management principles and to enable them to follow up new technology,
