"Pharma" quality production

Pharmaceutically clean bags are prepared primarily for the chemical industry.

Fabric stage

• Only Sunjut's high quality fabrics are used.

Confection stage

The body fabric for these bags will be cut with Ultrasonic Cutting Machines leaving no PP residue due to cutting with heat. The light fabric is cut either with ultrasonic or with cold cutting devices. The sewing is done at sewing machines equipped with heat cutters and vacuum cleaners (each sewing machine is equipped with an individual vacuum). These precautions ensure elimination of contamination during production. The production floor is covered with an inch-thick-grid-system that holds dirt and foreign objects, keeping it away from the bag. The grids are cleaned routinely during non-production hours.

All the stitching is made outside bound. All finished bags are checked on a special light table that shows the inside of the bag, so the controllers can see if there is any particular foreign object inside of the bag.

Packaging stage

• The packaging and palletizing are made as in Standard production.
