Fabric stage

• All of Sunjut fabric is produced with great care using the latest technology.
• All of the polypropylene, and additive raw materials purchased are of food grade.
• All of the oils used during production are also of food grade.
• The bobbins of tape yarns after extrusion are wrapped in stretch wrapping on a pallet, so they do not attract dust from surroundings due to static built up.

• After being woven, the fabrics wrapped with polyethylene shrink-wrap to
  keep clean during storage.

Production or Manufacturing stage

• Bag production starts with heat cutting machines.
• The cut pieces are kept in waiting
  already stretch wrapped to avoid dust built up from surroundings due to static built up.
• The sewing machines are all equipped with heat cutters that melt the end of stitching to minimize opening of the sewing at a later stage.

• The bags are handled as clean as possible during sewing.

• After pressing the bale is placed on a pallet which is lined with a piece of PP woven fabric.
• The bale is then covered with stretch wrap and covered by a laminated PP fabric cover.
• The top cover is attached to the pallet by staples to avoid its detachment during transport.
