"Bio" quality production

"Bio" is mostly preferred by food industry users.

Fabric stage

• All of the above conditions of Pharma Quality are observed. In addition to the above conditions the below listed conditions are valid: link
• The specially produced fabric goes under a re-rolling device that vacuums the dust from the surface of the fabric prior to coating.
• The roll of fabric is then wrapped airtight with PE shrink-wrap and marked accordingly.
• These rolls are stored at the "Bio Fabric Storage" which is in a separate area that is protected against weather conditions and live contamination.

Confection stage

• The fabric is cut as described for Pharma quality with the exception that the cutting person will be dressed in special clothing and hair net.
• The cutting machine has a bug zapping light on top.
• The production area is closed and entry will be by double doors as the positive air pressure built up inside helps minimize contamination from outside factors.
• The lights in the area are all covered by protective plastic covers.
• There are bug lights in the production area.
• The workers put on special clothes (white) and hair nets during production, and their dressing room is right next to the production area.
• The workers go through a special health course so they learn about germs and microbiological contamination.
• The workers also go through a health check to see if they are infected with any contagious diseases.
• There are procedures against broken needles, and glass etc.
• Food, glass, jewelry and any other foreign objects are not allowed in the area.
• The bags made in this area never touch the floor.
• There are foot high grit tables that the bags rest on while during production.
• There is also a metal detector that can alternatively be used if so desired.

Packaging stage

• The packaging and palletizing are made as in Standard production link.
