SUNJUT IS THE FIRST BIGBAG MANUFACTURER TO EXTRUDE PE LINERS IN-HOUSE

After 34 years in weaving PP, and 13 years in sewing FIBCs, Sunjut now becomes the first FIBC manufacturer to extrude its own PE liners. Year after year, we learned not to depend on outside sources for our accessories and started to manufacture them in house. The only accessory that we had been purchasing from outside sources was left to be the PE liners. In 2002 we have invested in a state-of-the-art, 3-layer, co-extrusion, high precision machine. This machine is in operation since late 2002. With this new addition to Sunjut’s line of products, we plan to be in better control of our quality for liners. This machine will also enable us to provide our customers with specific liner solutions as well as research new technologies to improve the business which is a responsibility we had assumed since few years.

Most of our customers are already users of PE tubes for purposes other than FIBC liners. Not being a manufacturer previously, we have never made a connection. Today, we will be glad to offer you PE liners to be used as covers or for other applications as well as liners that are provided within the bags.
